The fabulous Deck Restaurant & Bar is the perfect place to enjoy a drink or something to eat while sitting back and enjoying the magnificent view of Morgan Bay. We offer an extensive à la carte menu serving a range of great food including our popular fish and chips, gourmet salads and burgers to name but a few.

Open from 8am, we offer breakfast, lunch and dinner plus a fantastic selection of mid morning and afternoon delights perfect to enjoy with a Miko Cappuccino or double thick milkshake.

The fully licensed bar serves a range of local beers and ciders, wines, spirits or get one of our friendly barmen to make you a delicious cocktail.

Our big screen TVs with surround sound are there to bring you all the live sporting action so you don’t have to miss a thing while on holiday. Live entertainment is also offered on certain nights where many of our visitors land up dancing well into the night.

Our spacious and tastefully decorated ‘residents only’ lounge and bar is the perfect place to enjoy a drink with fellow guests. The lounge leads out onto the walkways and sunken decks in front of the hotel, where you will find comfortable seating and beautiful sea views.

The fully stocked bar offers a wide range of beers, ciders, wines, spirits, cocktails and even milkshakes. Our friendly barmen are on hand to ensure you have as relaxed a time as possible. A vending machine offering complimentary hot chocolate, bean-to-cup coffee and tea is available all day. Eats are served every morning and afternoon as a nibble. Canapés are served every evening to complement your dinner at 6 pm.

The venue

Our venue can comfortably accommodate up to 120 people and is available to hire throughout the year for weddings, conferences and business meetings. The Venue leads out onto a private courtyard to one side and then flows towards the ocean, where lawned areas split over two levels and sink to just two metres above the beach. We offer various accommodation and catering packages to ensure the smooth running of your day.

QUIET LOUNGE

For those in need of some quiet time and downtime, our beautifully decorated blue and white quiet lounge with pops of coral depicts the Ming China and carnelian beads that are still found washed up on Double Mouth Beach over 400 years after the shipwreck. The lounge offers escapism and a relaxing and comfortable environment where one can hide out, read a book, or page through one of our many coffee table books.

The Quiet Lounge is situated on the first floor, straight up the stairs from reception, and leads out onto a balcony with a panoramic view of the bay. Here you can watch passing ships and spy on whales and dolphins far out at sea with our telescope.

Fortunately, the Quiet Lounge is off-limits to children and is an over-18s-only lounge.

Kiddies Dining Room

The dining room is located just off the back wall of the main dining room with easy access through stack-away doors. All children 9 and under are asked to eat dinner in the kids’ dining room at 6 pm. A great way for parents and children alike to break the ice and make friends during their stay.

No children are allowed in the main dining room during dinner.

Here the menus are tailor-made for children, and all meals are scrumptious, healthy and home-cooked. Nothing beats jelly and custard when you are a child.

Not forgetting our little guests. Situated in the heart of the hotel, we have a safe, well-equipped playroom with TV, gorgeous educational toys, puzzles, books, games, a chalkboard table, toys and more.
